Designing a convenient campus marketplace through research-driven UX
Students often rely on scattered platforms, social media, or word of mouth to buy, sell, and borrow items. Additionally, being on a campus where transportation is not easily available could make the process even more inconvenient and inconsistent. This project explored how a research-driven marketplace could streamline peer-to-peer exchanges by improving discoverability, building trust between students, and creating a more intuitive experience tailored to campus life.
